This Privacy Notice explains how AXP FINTECH INC., operating the NODA platform (“NODA”, “we”, “us” or “our”), collects, uses, stores, shares and protects personal data in connection with noda.money, NODA accounts and related services. We may use personal data to create and administer accounts; verify identity and eligibility; provide and improve Platform functionality; process user instructions and transactions; communicate with users; prevent fraud and protect account security; investigate suspicious or prohibited activity; comply with legal and regulatory obligations; maintain records; resolve disputes; and enforce applicable terms and policies.

Sharing of information

We may share personal data where reasonably necessary to operate the Platform, process transactions, provide requested functionality, conduct verification or compliance checks, prevent fraud, maintain security, obtain professional services, or comply with applicable law, court orders or lawful requests. Where external infrastructure is used to deliver specific functionality, information may be shared to the extent necessary to provide that functionality and meet applicable compliance requirements.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of or objection to certain processing of your personal data, as well as data portability or withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent.
